Administrative/Program Assistant

The Tutorial Center, is looking for a creative, flexible, team-oriented Administrative/Program Assistant to perform a variety of functions needed to enhance our organization. 

 Applicant must be able to work with a diverse group of people: students, staff, community members as well as agencies and schools that work with TTC. 

The job duties can vary widely, not just from job to job, but from day to day. On any given day,  a variety of tasks may be expected such as:

  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical 

  • Use a variety of technology platforms to maintain records, track student progress, upload documents to Microsoft 365 shared foldersuse online time clock to track staff and student attendance 

  • Experience with data entry and bookkeeping in QuickBooks is needed for this job 

  • Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence 

  • Be proficient in a variety of writing styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more 

  • Keep yourself and others organized and demonstrate abilities to prioritize tasks, complete assignments and track progress on projects  

  • Organize, prioritize, schedule and coordinate 

Tutorial Center – Administrative /Program Assistant position is a PT 20-30 hrs a week, pd holidays, vacation/sick time and TTC contributes 4% to 401K salary range $17- $21 an hour.
